Course Description

Explains the nature of the more important bank investments and demonstrates the relationship of investment management to other functional areas of the bank. This course also discusses the factors that affect investment strategies and decisions. Emphasis throughout is on the fundamental principles with which investment personnel should be familiar: the nature of risk, liquidity and yield; how each is measured; and how they are related. Formerly 69.107
