Course Description
Shows how to perform more effectively as a staff leader, financial expert, and sales manager using accepted management principles in the banking environment. The series consists of three separate mini-courses tailored to those managing or preparing to manage human and financial resources in today's fast-paced banking world. The courses are Retail Management, Sales Management, and Financial Performance of Banks.
