Course Description
A continuation of Financial Accounting II, this course examines in greater depth the valuation and disclosure issues associated with the reporting of liabilities and stockholders equity. Emphasis is placed on the pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. This course may include use of the computer.

- Prerequisites: 67.213.
