Course Description
Provides students with the opportunity to examine and evaluate effective leadership in organizations. It assesses the differences between a manager and a leader, and delineates between various managerial roles, including liaison, monitor, resource allocator, as well as various leadership styles, including the behavioral, situational and transformational models.
