Course Description

Serves as a banker's guide to law and legal issues with special emphasis on the Uniform Commercial Code. This course includes up-to-date summaries of law pertaining to contracts, real estate and bankruptcy. It also contains a complete chapter on the legal implications of consumer lending. A comprehensive glossary of legal terminology related to banking and commercial transactions is included.
