Course Description
This course gives an overview of the mortgage lending field. Objectives include: understand rapidly changing field of residential mortgage lending; work step by step through the loan origination process, application, processing and approval of mortgages; use and understand technical terms of residential mortgages; understand government regulations, compliance issues, documentation pertaining to residential mortgages.
