Course Description

This course is designed to help students understand the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in today's global economy and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among students. It will cover different forms of entrepreneurship, such as small businesses, growth ventures, corporate enrtepreneurship, and social entrepreneurship. The course will focus on the types of innovation, turnign innovation into an ongoing new venture, and the entrepreneurial process. Innovation and entrepreneurship theeories and concepts will be discussed with real-life examples and cases.

  • Summer Start I T/Th classes begin on Tuesday, May 14 and include 2 FRIDAYS: May 24 and June 7 at the regularly scheduled hours.
  • Summer Start II M/W classes begin on Monday, July 8 and include 2 FRIDAYS: July 12 and July 26 at the regularly scheduled hours.
  • Summer Start II T/Th classes begin on Tuesday, July 9 and include 2 FRIDAYS: July 19 and August 2 at the regularly scheduled hours.
