Tuition Reimbursement Benefits

  • Full semester tuition deferment - no upfront costs
  • Enterprise Bank covers 100% of course tuition and fees if you earn an A or B grade
  • Enterprise Bank covers 75% of course tuition if you earn a C grade (you are responsible for paying 25% of the tuition cost and any fees)

    • Note: Enterprise Bank will not provide reimbursement for tuition or fees for any course in which an employee earns a grade of C- or lower.

  • Employees who work 20 - 29 hours per week are eligible to be reimbursed up to $2,500 per year
  • Employees who work 30 hours per week or more are eligible to be reimbursed up to $5,250 per year towards undergraduate courses leading to a Certificate, Associates, or Bachelor's degree, and $7,500 towards courses leading to a Graduate degree
