Submit Your Tuition Voucher in Two Simple Steps
Step 1: Register for courses.
Step 2: Complete the Tuition Voucher or Letter of Credit (LOC) form by logging in using your UMass Lowell student email and ID. This form will ask you to provide the following information:
- Your company-issued email address.

Your Supervisor/HR Rep/Employer Agent's name and email.

An upload of the letter of credit or tuition voucher document issued by your company or company's employer-agent.
Please complete only one form for each semester.
You will receive an email notification from UMass Lowell approving or declining the tuition voucher.
Please note that you will not be eligible to participate in the program if a financial hold is on your UMass Lowell account.
Be aware that company tuition benefits, such as grants and scholarships, may affect your financial aid award packages. Therefore, financial aid may be adjusted.
