  • Although you can transfer schools as soon as you complete one term at a community college, there are many advantages to completing your Associate's degree before applying to transfer. As a public institution, your Associate's degree earned at a community college can transfer in easily and seamlessly through MassTransfer. You will also gain the credential of an Associate's degree, which may increase your income if you are working while completing your studies.
  • Yes, if you are an out of state student, your college credits will transfer, as long as the coursework you completed was through a regionally accredited institution. Please see Information for Out-of-State students for more information.
