UMass Lowell hosts the preeminent event for leaders in the region, focusing on how to make the most of opportunities, overcome challenges, and empower women in today's workplace. With an inspiring lineup of speakers, multiple tracks, interactive workshops and panels, and an always popular closing networking reception, the conference offers a myriad of ways for attendees to engage with the content and one another.
