Implementing Organizational Project Management (OPM)

Overview

At any given moment, businesses are susceptible to change. They may be facing record growth or loss through downsizing, the need to shape-shift or the charge to move the needle with priorities that matter most to the business. Join us for this three-part seminar exploring how and why organizational project management (OPM) provides a sound structure for overseeing the three OPM domains - Project, Program and Portfolio Management - as primary support mechanisms planning and executing strategy.

Essential Questions addressed in this three-part seminar:

  • What is Organizational Project Management? (OPM)
  • Why establish an OPM framework?
  • What distinguishes projects, programs, and portfolios?
  • What is strategy?
  • What role does OPM play in supporting strategy?
