Course Description
A continuation of Financial Accounting I, this course examines in greater depth the underlying theory of financial statement preparation and the accounting, valuation and disclosure issues related to the reporting of assets. Emphasis is placed on the pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board. This course may include use of the computer.

- Prerequisites: 60.201 or 67.102, INFO.2020.
- Special Notes: Courses with the 67 prefix are not intended for students matriculating in the Bachelor of Science degree programs in the Manning School of Business and may not transfer into the BSBA program. Not for BSBA
