Course Description

Provides the student with a basic understanding of the elements of an effective Software Quality Assurance (SQA) program. Successful completion of the course work will enable the student to contribute to the development and management of an SQA organization. Topics include general quality control, software applications, standards and program organization, personnel requirements, configuration management and controls, integrating SQA and MIS effectively, and statistical principles and techniques.
