Course Description

Methodologies for technology forecasting, market research, and discussion of sales channels; forming the team and choosing the CEO; determining the feasibility of the product, developing the technology, and choosing the correct software environment and management tools to market on time and on budget; writing a realistic business plan and evaluating the product's likelihood for success against the plan.
