Course Description
Discusses legislative and judicial decisions and the Department of Labor's administrative rulings relative to the management-labor process. Reviews the sources of labor law and employer and union unfair labor practices. Emphasizes the Occupational Safety Health Act, the Civil Rights Act, the Equal Opportunity Act, and the National Labor Relations Act.
