Course Description
Development, preparation, and written and oral presentation of a report on an advanced engineering topic: Oral presentation of proposals; modification and redefinition as required; oral presentation to the class and instructor of results of investigation; submission of final written report. Grade based on clarity of exposition, knowledge of subject, ability to clearly and effectively answer questions, and participation in the discussion of other papers. Class size limited to ten students. Replaces 16.700.
