Course Description

This is a graduate course that explores how artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping managerial judgement and strategic decision-making. The course integrates insights from cognitive science, behavioral economics, and strategic management to help students become more effective decision-makers and leaders. Students will examine frameworks that integrate human cognition, machine learning, and behavioral strategy to enhance decision quality in uncertain environments. Through reading, exercises, and projects, participants will learn how to partner effectively with AI systems and with peers while cultivating uniquely human capabilities such as intuition, moral judgement, and creative reasoning.

  • Prerequisites: MKTG.5010, and POMS.5010, and MGMT.5010, or Matriculated MSA, or MSF, or MSEM, or Permission of Graduate Program Coordinator.
