Course Description
This course is designed to help educational leaders develop strategies for racial and socio-economic inclusion and integration at the PK-12 level and in higher education. Using research and historical analysis, we will compare and contrast each context, ultimately identifying strategies that can move schools, colleges, and universities closer to the long unrealized goal of meaningful inclusion and integration.
Prerequisites, Notes & Instructor
- Prerequisites: Students with a CSCE career need permission to take Graduate Level Courses.
- Section Notes: Live Online Course; Live Online Course; Attend class remotely during specific days and times (sometimes referred to as synchronous learning). Instructors may deliver lessons from an off-campus location, from a campus classroom, lab or studio, and you¿ll also make use of Blackboard, UMass Lowell¿s online learning management tool.
