Course Description

This workshop is designed for music educators working with elementary, middle or high school instrumental & choral ensembles, and for students seeking materials for practical application. Participants will explore instrumental & choral music through performance on instruments. Clinician will provide additional information as to technical facility and instrument/vocal specific rehearsal techniques. "Variable credit course, student chooses appropriate amount of credits when registering."

Prerequisites, Notes & Instructor

  • Prerequisites: Students with a CSCE career need permission to take Graduate Level Courses.
  • Section Notes: Class dates: July 26 & 27, 2023 from 8 am to 5 pm. This workshop offered in conjunction with the Massachusetts Instrumental and Choral Conductors Association (MICCA) Summer Institute held at Hopkinton High School, MA. Permission number not required & Registration will remain open until up to the start of the course - through 7/26/23.
