Real estate entrepreneurs encounter diverse challenges, from managing investments to adapting to market fluctuations, all while taking calculated risks to create a sustain value. The Real Estate Entrepreneurship course offers a comprehensive introduction to the foundational concepts, practices, and dynamics of the real estate industry. This course covers essential areas such as property marketing, contracts, financing, appraisal, brokerage, property management, and development. Students will explore how real estate professionals identify opportunities, navigate risks, and make critical decisions that shape both their careers and the built environment.
