Any student parking before 3:00 p.m. requires a valid parking permit, which can be ordered online at MyParking.uml.edu. Commuter lots open at 3:00 p.m. in the Broadway Lot on South Campus and the Riverside Lots on North Campus. A UCard, available through the UCAPS Office, is required to access gated lots. Parking is never permitted in residential lots without a valid permit. Metered lots are enforced Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Students and faculty should not compromise public safety by blocking access of fire lanes, ambulance and other emergency vehicles. Students and
faculty should not park in spaces for disabled persons unless they display the proper license plate or placard. Student and faculty cars
will be towed and/or ticketed for violations. Please park in assigned University lots, as parking on city streets is subject to ticketing
