Course Description
Provides a background in the varied real estate mortgage credit operations of commercial banks. This course treats the main areas of real estate by concentrating on the following broad areas: 1) the manner in which funds are channeled into the mortgage markets; 2) the financing of residential property; 3) the financing of special purpose property; and 4) the administrative tasks common to mortgage departments.
