Prerequisites, Notes & Instructor

  • Section Notes: P: MGMT.3010; Combined with MGMT 4800 202. This course assists students in understanding and applying the Lean 6-Sigma methodology, tools and techniques in a project-based, team-oriented, competitive business environment. This highly participative course will also assisting you in preparation for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Lean 6-Sigma Yellow Belt Certification exam.
