Before you complete and submit the Certificate Petition Form, please make sure you have either completed the Online Application Form or completed and submitted the Certificate Application Form.pdf file.
Upon successful completion of an undergraduate certificate program, students must submit a completed Certificate Petition Form (below). Upon verification of successful program completion, certificates will be mailed to students. Receipt of the certificate will be noted formally on the student's transcript with an award date of October, February or June.
Course schedules are posted on the website approximately two months prior to the start of each semester. Returning students can register for courses using SIS self-service, while new students must use the Non-Degree Registration Form.
