Overview

This course has been developed for the purpose of introducing LabVIEW software to the beginner, and to build upon the knowledge of those who have performed basic programming. The course will cover the basics of graphical programs that are commonly used by engineers and technicians for system control, automation, data acquisition, and analysis. Graphical user interface design, and common functions used to solve most applications will be covered. While loops, For loops, Case structures, Sequencing, Boolean logic, Math functions, Comparators, Analysis, and other functions will be used. Applications that relate to the students' workplace can be developed separately, or as group projects.
