Most students are eligible for some form of financial aid. You must be admitted into an eligible program to be considered. Additionally, you must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or eligible non-citizen and have a social security number. Please see Eligibility Requirements for more information.

When you apply to a graduate program at UMass Lowell, you will automatically be considered for assistantships and fellowships. Graduate students may apply for Federal Student Loans and student employment opportunities.
Online tuition is the same whether you live in Massachusetts or a different state or country. We do not charge out-of-state tuition for online courses.
Day school tuition and fees do not cover courses offered through the Division of Graduate, Online & Professional Studies.
