Overview

The Agile and Scrum training is aimed at understanding the core beliefs of Agile and Scrum, and creating a transparent and collaborative environment where the team works as a single unit. This course teaches the principles and practices that make Agile and Scrum effective at managing projects. The course reviews the principles of Scrum, XP, and Lean in activities to support the training process.

This training is for anyone who would like to get introduced to or gain in-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum. This course helps teams to implement Scrum framework for any type of project, for either hardware or software development.

John Tansey, MBA, PMP, has a history of guiding technical companies through M&A transformation and product delivery strategy. A broad and deep amount of experience stems from 20 years of product leadership inside transforming companies which have demanded global assignments in Design & Development Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Quality Systems, Sales and Marketing. Industries served include MedTech, Aerospace & Defense; commonly themed as regulated products. John holds a BSME and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. Additional certifications include Danaher Business System, Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, and Spanish Bi-lingual.
