Stakeholder Engagement

Seminar Overview

Project stakeholders have the potential to impact a project in many ways, both positive and negative. The savvy project manager is aware of the need to identify all stakeholders and collaborate closely with the key stakeholders and manage the change process throughout to ensure project success. This seminar explores stakeholder identification and multiple techniques for stakeholder analysis, followed by the creation of a practical stakeholder management plan. In addition, it reviews specific methods for analyzing ongoing stakeholder engagement and managing stakeholder communications.

The seminar content is consistent with the principles of Project Stakeholder Management, in the PMBOK® Guide- Sixth Edition, the PMI Agile Practice Guide and the IIBA BABOK® Guide.
