This course provides participants with a systematic and interactive approach to procurement management primarily achieved through analysis of the Procurement Life Cycle (Plan Procurement Management, Conduct Procurements and Control Procurements) from the perspective of both Buyers and Sellers. Participants apply their new skills to various case situations in order to evaluate the applicability and impact of different approaches and to learn how to successfully implement specific processes. The course is based on procurement management principles consistent with the Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) .
