This course will examine the non-profit sector from a management perspective. Students will learn about the various constituencies of a non-profit and how their needs affect the organization. Comparisons will be made between for-profit and non-profit organizations, with an emphasis on techniques that can be utilized or modified to allow for efficient non-profit operations.
