OCM brings customers, employees, and/or practitioners together to achieve a common goal. Students will gain an inside perspective into the Online Community industry and be able to incorporate Community approaches into countless business solutions. The course includes hands-on experience with current online business tools, and access to industry professionals. Sessions have a heavy emphasis on interactive exercise.
