Course Description

This course focuses on developing leadership competencies in nursing practice, with an emphasis on fostering a culture of safety, quality care, and interprofessional collaboration. Students will explore key leadership theories and models, communication strategies, and ethical and legal principles, and advocacy within healthcare settings.
