Earn Graduate Credit for Completing PLTW Core Training

Earn graduate-level credit at a reduced rate for your Project Lead The Way Core Training. UMass Lowell's School of Education course EDUC.5320 Inquiry and Interactions Seminar offers you the opportunity to expand your PLTW training into graduate-level credit. PLTW core training can be completed at any PLTW hub. Choose to register for any of the following UMass Lowell graduate courses:

Up to 6 graduate credits you earn can be applied to UMass Lowell's Online Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

You will receive 3 graduate credits from UMass Lowell when you complete the following:

  • 10-day high school Core Training course or Gateway courses that include 10 days of training
  • Reflection paper
  • Sample pedagogy project

In order to earn 3 graduate credits from UMass Lowell, you will need to complete the PLTW training (confirmed by submission of certificates) and submit your reflection paper and sample pedagogy project.

Cost Per Credit Hour

$266 per credit hour (normal rate is $470 per credit hour) plus $30 registration fee
