Our Office of Veterans Services is committed to providing top-notch service and programs for veterans, guardsmen, reservists and active-duty military and their families. UMass Lowell is a military-friendly school with one of the largest veteran populations of any of the higher education institutions in Massachusetts. Our on-campus and online certificate and degree programs serve both veterans and active-duty military around the globe.
Our Veterans Benefits Administrators work directly with applicants and students to certify eligibility for VA education benefits and other available education benefits for veterans, service members, active-duty military and their families such as the GI Bill, the Yellow Ribbon Program, tuition assistance, Army ROTC scholarships, vocational rehabilitation, tuition credit programs and educational counseling.
