Catherine M. Rymsha, EdD

Catherine M. Rymsha knows what makes a leader, a leader. Based on her years of training, research, and consulting, she's determined how a person becomes one: they make the decision to lead. She details this further in her recent book, The Leadership Decision. Catherine spent over ten years in marketing/communications leadership roles and now leads learning and development for a software company. Her TEDx Talk, "Want to Become a Better Leader? Here's How. Just Listen," focuses on the importance of listening to leadership. She holds a master of science in leadership and a doctorate of education with a focus on organizational leadership from Northeastern University in Boston.

Alexandria Eberhardt, MS, MBA

Alexandria "Alex" Eberhardt is the current President & CEO of the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce. Prior to her role as Chamber CEO, she worked as a Director of Industry Partnerships and Government Initiatives in the State of Rhode Island building workforce development pipelines to grow industries both statewide and nationally. As an educator for over 15 years, she believes in finding opportunities to build stronger ecosystems of economic and workforce development. Alex holds a B.A. from Brown University in Egyptology, M.S. from Syracuse University in Postsecondary Higher Education, and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island with a certificate in Human Resources

Joseph Banh, BS, Founder, JBanh Consulting

Joseph Banh has spent 15 years serving the Lowell community in a variety of ways: youth work, organizing, education, community building, non-profit program management, entrepreneurship building, small business education and leadership training. Before consulting, Joseph spent time working for Lowell Public Schools, Entrepreneurship for All, Lowell Community Foundation, UTEC, the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell, COOL, Lowell Plan, and the City of Lowell. Previously, Joseph was a Senior Program Director for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Lowell and Senior Program Manager of EforAll (Entrepreneurship for All). He partnered with his brother and sister-in-law to open Sizzling Kitchen in the Acre neighborhood of Lowell. He holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from UMass Lowell.
